Are you taking on new clients?

For best results we typically recommend twice a year. Homes by the water usually need cleaned more often because of sea spray.What's your window cleaning guarantee?
We stand by our work. If anything comes up, we make it right.How do I schedule multiple buildings on my property?
Book the main house and make a note about the other buildings (we will adjust it on our end).What cleaning solution do you use?
We’ve found Ettore Squeegee Off concentrate to produce the best results. We mix it with water for our scrubbers. The solution easily dissolves tough grease and grime. It is ammonia-free and biodegradable. For those sensitive to smells, it does have a faint, clean smell that dissipates quickly.What cleaning method do you use?
For a majority of our jobs we are able to clean the windows with a traditional scrubber and squeegee. There are some houses that have inaccessible windows. Using the water-fed pole in these situations keeps our cleaners safe and produces the best results.Can you clean my skylights?
In most cases, yes we can! If we feel it is too dangerous to access, we will let you know and take it off the bill.** Do you remove hard water stains?**
At this time, we don’t provide hard water stain removal. We recommend trying Ettore Scrub Off on windows where there is an issue. It also works great on glass shower doors.Do you remove paint or silicone from the windows?
We do not remove those things from the windows because they require the use of either a scraper or steel wool (which can leave micro-scratches on the window).Do you clean broken windows?
We can not clean panes that are broken or have holes in them. The pressure of the scrubbers and squeegee can cause further damage to the glass.What is a broken window seal?
As windows age, the seals can fail and humid air makes its way in between the panes of glass. This creates a foggy window look that doesn't go away when both sides of the window are cleaned. Usually the best way to fix this is to have the window replaced, if it's new enough it may be covered under the manufacturers warrantee. We keep an eye out for broken seals, and let you know if we notice any.What safety measures do you take?
We use harness systems when necessary, ladder levelizers, high weight limit ladders, among others. We do not walk on metal, cedar shake, or steep roofs as they do not provide good footing.
Occasionally there is something outside of our cleaner's comfort level. They will let you know, and adjust the bill accordingly. In these cases we ask for your understanding, we want our cleaners to go home safe at the end of the day.What can I expect on the day of service?
When our cleaners arrive on site, they will ring your bell. If you’re home, they’ll introduce themselves and let you know their plan of attack and answer any questions you may have. Then they’ll get to work. Towards the end of the service they will go around to do a quality check, making sure everything is done correct. And say their goodbyes before heading out.Does weather impact my service?
In most cases light wind and rain does not effect our ability to clean. However, if there is a severe storm we will notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule.Do I need to be home?
No you don’t. We understand you may not want to wait around for a service provider. If you chose exterior window cleaning, you’re set. If you are having us clean the interiors, you can provide access information to us (such as leaving a key under the mat). We’ll lock up when we’re done.Who is coming to my home?
Your appointment reminder email will include the name of the cleaner who will be servicing your home. You can learn more about your cleaner by visiting our team page.Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Absolutely! At the bottom of your confirmation email there is a link you can use to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to do this, we ask that you do so as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. This feature is available until 48 hours before your service. If it's giving you problems, contact us and we will take care of it.You ask for a credit card at booking, when do you charge my card?
We process your payment after the work is completed. We ask for your payment information at the time of booking to streamline the payment process and to make your service appointment easy.How can I contact you?

Hi I'm Chandler Hägglund (on the right). An Island native, I love working outdoors and have an eye for detail. I like making things simple and easy to use.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking (still working on that) and exploring new places - whether it's our backyard here in the northwest, or across the world. Look forward to meeting you!
Hi I'm Julian Hägglund! Also an Island native, I enjoy making things clean and looking their best. I learned to clean back in 2018, and have kept an eye for detail ever since.Outside of work, I love being creative - drawing, building things, leather-working, among many other things.
